What does Vikartha do?
We are a consulting and recruitment firm. We help businesses with business, management, HR and IT consulting, and with permanent, contract and bulk hiring.
Where are you based?
We are based in Hyderabad, Telangana. We can also work with businesses outside Hyderabad, in person or online.
Is the first conversation free?
Yes. The first conversation carries no charge and no obligation.

Consulting
How do you price consulting work?
Most work is a fixed fee for an agreed scope. We also offer monthly retainers for ongoing advisory support. Fees are set out in writing before work starts.
How long does a consulting project take?
Focused projects usually take a few weeks to a few months. The proposal states the timeline before you commit.
Do you help with implementation?
Yes. We can support implementation hands-on and track results with your team.
Will our information be kept confidential?
Yes. We will sign a non-disclosure agreement before any detailed discussion.
Recruitment for employers
What does recruitment cost?
Permanent hiring is usually a success fee based on annual salary, payable when the candidate joins. Contract staffing is a monthly rate per professional. Bulk hiring is priced per hiring plan.
How quickly can you share candidates?
It depends on the role and the market. We agree a realistic timeline in the brief and keep you updated throughout.
Do you offer a replacement guarantee?
Yes, for permanent hires. The terms are agreed in the contract before the search begins.
Can you run a confidential search?
Yes. We can keep your company name private until a candidate is shortlisted and you agree to share it.
For job seekers
Do you charge candidates any fees?
No. Vikartha never charges candidates for job placement. If anyone asks you for money in our name, please report it to hello@vikartha.com.
How do I apply?
Send your details through Submit your resume. We will contact you when a suitable role opens.
Will you share my resume without asking?
No. We always ask for your consent before sharing your profile with an employer.
How can I tell a message from Vikartha is genuine?
Our emails come only from the vikartha.com domain, and we never ask for money. If in doubt, write to hello@vikartha.com before replying.
